Fiber Pathway Construction (FPC) provides consultation, management, and access to specialized HDD bore teams consisting of qualified, licensed, and insured independent contractors.
FPC carefully evaluates and selects the appropriate specialty teams for challenging underground construction projects, including directional drilling beneath city streets, state highways, commercial properties, residential developments, and large communities.
FPC works to develop construction networks and underground infrastructure solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each project. Our experienced resources assess existing infrastructure, project conditions, utility conflicts, and construction requirements to help develop strategic solutions and efficient construction practices.

Aerial Construction & Installation Services
Full-service construction and installation of fiber optic infrastructure including trenching, access vaults, cabinets, conduit placement, fiber deployment, and termination. We handle all aspects of physical infrastructure development with precision and expertise.
Our teams understand the importance of coordination with all stakeholders throughout the construction process, including city planners, DOT inspectors, homeowners, public utility personnel, engineers, and project managers.
Our project resources emphasize compliance with applicable safety and construction requirements, including OSHA standards, RUS requirements, G.O. 95, G.O. 128, and applicable federal, state, county, city, utility, and project specifications.

Fiber Placement & Project Management Capabilities
Our teams have experience handling a wide range of fiber counts, including 12-count, 24-count, 48-count, 144-count, 288-count, and 864-count fiber. Each fiber size and cable configuration presents unique handling requirements, and experienced crews understand the proper techniques necessary to protect the cable and ensure successful installation.
FPC recognizes that handling large fiber reels—including reels containing up to 25,000 feet of cable—requires careful planning, proper equipment, and experienced personnel. Our crews focus on protecting fiber throughout transportation, setup, placement, and installation to help prevent unnecessary damage, cuts, and costly delays.
Fiber splicers can start at the Headend / Central Office OTDR or from access point, live ring cuts, 432 Cabinets, onwards to EOL. Certify cold splicing and activate ONT/OLT.
That is the difference from who is certifying the splice points. FPC will elect certified splicers who get the fiber lit up ready for customers.
